Job Title: External Manager in Training

Circle K Stores, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized External Manager in Training to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of store employees to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and train store employees to ensure excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service standards.
  • Lead and motivate store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
