About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team at McCall. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing scheduled pest inspections and services at residential and commercial accounts, selling new accounts or upselling existing services, and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pest control inspections and services at residential and commercial accounts on a scheduled basis.
  • Apply prescribed treatment for identified pests.
  • Eliminate pest entry points as part of the external service.
  • Complete proper paperwork, including the service invoice, documenting the customer graph if needed, and production report.
  • Operate and maintain a company vehicle in a clean and safe operating condition.
  • Maintain property inventory of tools, equipment, manuals, and material on the vehicle.
  • Follow all established safety procedures in all aspects of the job.

Requirements

  • Pesticide application patterns and cautions.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
