Key Responsibilities
As a Pest Control Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to homeowners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintaining a professional appearance, including your company vehicle, equipment, and uniform.
- Discussing and diagnosing pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
- Maintaining your pest control license and staying up-to-date with industry developments through regular seminars.
- Submitting accurate and legible service tickets to office staff.
- Working independently, staying motivated, and focused on delivering high-quality results.
- Occasionally working Saturdays to complete routes.
