About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As a Senior Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the munication skills of students with speech and language disorders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Speech-Language Pathology, with a Master's degree or equivalent qualification. You should also be licensed to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state where the position is located.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify students' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions to students with speech and language disorders, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address student needs and support their educational goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, using data-driven approaches to inform your practice.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. You will also have access to opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
