We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. as a Counselor / Therapist for our Adolescent PHP Program.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating group therapy sessions, family support services, and conducting Level of Care Assessments. They will also be required to maintain aftercare therapy groups, develop treatment plans, and attend meetings to discuss client progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Intensive Outpatient group therapy sessions and family support services.
  • Conduct 6-8 Level of Care Assessments per week, as determined by program needs and standards.
  • Maintain one aftercare Outpatient therapy group for clients stepping down to lower levels of care.
  • Develop treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues, and other staff.
  • Attend meetings regarding client progress.
  • Conduct insurance reviews and collect client co-pays.
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • Professional counseling experience working with adolescents.
