Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Psychotherapist to join our clinical team. As a Psychotherapist at Blackbird Health, you will provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to children and adolescents, working closely with other specialty providers to establish an Integrated Treatment Plan.
Responsibilities- Provide regular counseling sessions to patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments
- Establish positive, trusting relationships with patients and their families
- Collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintain thorough records
- Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or PsyD
- Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $90,000
