Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current Connecticut RN license or new grads may work temporarily with pending licensure per State of CT DPH Graduate Nurse guidelines.
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
