Job Specifications

  • Part-time temporary role
  • 25 hours of work each week
  • Compensation at $13.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct various cleaning tasks including dusting, washing windows, and sanitizing restrooms
  • Support the upkeep of heating systems and perform minor repairs
  • Ensure adequate lighting by changing light bulbs as needed
  • Maintain outdoor areas through landscaping, snow removal, and lawn maintenance
  • Assist in preparing spaces for events and help with furniture and equipment relocation
  • Oversee community service participants and foster a safe and encouraging work atmosphere

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED, a minimum of one year of relevant experience, and basic communication abilities. A valid class 'E' driver's license is required.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

Must be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds, performing physical tasks, and working in varying weather conditions.
