Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

As a Logistics Coordinator with WR Danzi Logistics, LLC, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Middle Mile dispatch team. You will be responsible for overseeing the arrival and departure of drivers, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, and managing DOT hours and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all drivers arrive on time at the off-site lot, clock in, conduct pre-trip inspections, and depart to their designated warehouse for load out.">
• Track all arrival times and input delay codes and notes on Relay system">
• Counsel drivers on safety and performance best practices.">
• Manage driver hours and ensure compliance with regulations.">
• Maintain vehicles for safety, perform preventive maintenance, and report damage as needed.">
• Ensure drivers return to the off-site lot, conduct post-trip inspections, clock out, and assess vehicle condition upon return.">
• May be required to cover routes as needed.">
• Maintain open communication with Dispatchers, Drivers, and Operations Manager.">

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.">
• Must possess a valid driver's license.">
• Ability to move pallets with reasonable accommodation.">
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.">
• Ability to adhere to strict safety standards on and off the road.">
• Experience is preferred.">
• Proficiency in using smartphone devices for GPS navigation, scanning, and administrative tasks.">

Work Schedule:

The Overnight shift is available for this role.

Job Type:

This is a full-time position.
