Job Summary

ICONMA is seeking an experienced Electronics Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As an Electronics Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for performing fabrication or modification tasks on RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies of mid-range to high complexity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of connectors, substrates, components, and modules in highly complex microwave assemblies, often utilizing paste and sheet epoxies.
  • Ability to work 10 hours under a microscope and utilize hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers, and other similar tools.
  • Good dexterity, eye/hand coordination, and ability to read and work from detailed process sheets and drawings.
  • Good computer skills to support retrieval of drawings and work instructions as well as other job activities.

Requirements

  • Ability to work 2nd shift (3pm - 1:30am).
  • Ability to obtain US Government Security Clearance (US Citizenship is required due to export compliance).
  • Previous experience in electronics/microelectronics assembly.
  • High School Diploma required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly processes of small electronic devices.
  • Experience working on military products in ISO 9001 / AS9100 controlled environments.
  • Experience soldering components to printed wiring boards in accordance with J-STD-001.
