Lovelyace Health System is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Roswell, NM. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping patients overcome communication and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders.
- Provide detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in mentoring and training of clinical staff, students, and volunteers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech-language pathology.
- Master's degree in Communicative Disorders.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and licensure in the State of New Mexico.
- CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- One year of experience in speech-language pathology.
