Job Title: Journeyman J-1 (Pipefitter)

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman J-1 (Pipefitter) to join our team at International Paper. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our paper mill.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pipefitting and welding tasks to maintain and repair equipment
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve maintenance efficiency
Requirements:
  • Four years' experience as a pipefitter or millwright
  • Pipe welding skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance mechanics
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Strong safety record and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
