Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $30.73 - $51.70 per hour, based on level of experience. Job Responsibilities

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for administering and monitoring respiratory care services under the supervision of a Manager or designee. This includes performing chest physical therapy, sputum induction, breathing exercises, medication delivery, fit testing, tuberculosis testing, blood sampling, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, airway management, bronchoscopy assistance, evaluation and assessment, protocol implementation, patient education, smoking cessation, non-invasive and invasive mechanical ventilation, airway management, heliox therapy, oxygen therapy, holter monitoring, electrocardiogram testing, and pulmonary function testing.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have a graduate degree from an approved respiratory care program, valid licensure from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Respiratory Care, one year of acute and chronic respiratory care experience, CRT certification, and RRT preference. Additionally, you must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 virus or have a medical exemption.
