About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team at The Triana Group, Inc. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling infection prevention water filters to hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Northeast territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads through cold-calling and relationship-building
  • Sell infection prevention water filtering technology to healthcare professionals
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including Facilities, Infection Prevention, and Risk Management personnel
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in hospital sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Established relationships with healthcare professionals in the Northeast territory
  • Experience calling on buyers involved in Environmental Services, Water Diagnostic & Water Treatment, Infection Control / Hygiene / Sterile Services, or Facilities-Related Equipment and Services
  • Motivated by a role that improves healthcare safety and progress in infection control
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or other relevant field
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn internal business systems
  • Valid Driver's License with a safe motor vehicle record
  • Authorized for employment in the United States (no employer sponsorship)
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary plus commissions aiming $120,000-to-$180,000 OTE+, uncapped
