Job Title: Head of Aftermarket

Purpose of Position:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our aftermarket business, driving growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the aftermarket industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive aftermarket strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead the development of training and servicing programs to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Manage a team of professionals responsible for delivering high-quality aftermarket services to customers.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to inform the strategic direction of our aftermarket business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an aftermarket, training, sales, engineering, or product management role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of training, servicing, and maintaining equipment.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact directly with customers to resolve concerns.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Project, and PowerPoint), CRM, and ZenDesk.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
