Purpose of Position:We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our aftermarket business, driving growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the aftermarket industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive aftermarket strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead the development of training and servicing programs to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Manage a team of professionals responsible for delivering high-quality aftermarket services to customers.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to inform the strategic direction of our aftermarket business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an aftermarket, training, sales, engineering, or product management role.
- Demonstrated understanding of training, servicing, and maintaining equipment.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact directly with customers to resolve concerns.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Project, and PowerPoint), CRM, and ZenDesk.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
