* Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
* Assist with the coordination of projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

* 0-1 year of experience in a similar support role or performing general administrative duties
* Familiarity with utility or engineering office operations is preferred
* Ability to read and interpret documents, including procedure manuals and operational procedures
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
* Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations
* Required computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
* Required knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
* Required knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
* High energy level with ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environment
* Professional appearance maintained at all times
* Ability to deal and work well with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds
