**Requirements:**

* 0-1 year of experience in a similar support role or performing general administrative duties
* Familiarity with utility or engineering office operations is preferred
* Ability to read and interpret documents, including procedure manuals and operational procedures
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
* Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations
* Required computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
* Required knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
* Required knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
