Job Description

The Head of Talent Sourcing and Development will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the loss prevention industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to identify, attract, and hire top talent in the loss prevention industry.
  • Collaborate with senior management and department managers to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners to ensure they have the resources and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
