  • Execute Fricker's unique brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Drive positive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
  • Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing all company, federal, and state food-safety, sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Achieve optimal performance from our staff by communicating job expectations, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies and accomplishing staffing objectives by recruiting, selecting, and training quality individuals.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual atmosphere.
  • Steady, stable employment track record with a minimum of 2 professional references.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive, friendly demeanor and attitude.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
