Guest Experience Manager

As a Guest Experience Lead, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience every time they visit our restaurant. Your warm smile, friendly demeanor, and exceptional communication skills will make our guests feel valued and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the guest experience by checking in with customers, ensuring they're enjoying their visit, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Be the solution to guest concerns, providing resolve to their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
- Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features.
- A humble and hospitable demeanor.
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members).
- A desire to learn and grow.
- The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
