POSITION SUMMARY:
At Nemacolin, we're seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Wellness Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our Holistic Healing Center, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized solutions, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining a positive and respectful attitude. You'll work closely with our Spa and Wellness Leadership to resolve guest complaints and ensure a smooth check-in process. Additionally, you'll be responsible for training and mentoring our services team, maintaining open lines of communication, and performing administrative duties such as managing Spa memberships and reconciling accounts. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and have a strong background in customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Greet and welcome incoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
