Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona seeks a skilled Clinical Director to lead our dynamic Clinical Microbiology team. Our team operates across hospital-based and commercial laboratories, serving adult, pediatric, and transplant patients in our large integrated delivery network. We provide a range of services, including Bacteriology, Mycology, Mycobacteriology, Parasitology, and Molecular Microbiology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical, scientific, and technical direction to the laboratory.
  • Implement new diagnostic tests and interact with clinicians in a medical center or outpatient environment.

Requirements:

  • PhD in clinical laboratory science, medical technology, or a related field.
  • Completion of training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Board Certification or eligibility by the appropriate Specialty Board or any appropriate State.
  • DOH personnel License/Eligibility as required by field of study.
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies.
  • Experience with Six Sigma or other industry quality methods and practices.
