Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Tube Bender and Instrumentation Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

About the Role:

  • Lay out tubing, fittings, and interpret drawings and sketches to plan working procedures and select materials.
  • Calculate dimensions and angles of bends, set up and operate bending equipment, and prepare and fabricate tubing.
  • Test, inspect, install high- or low-pressure tubing, fittings, fixtures, and parts for installation.
  • Assemble hangers and supports, install motors, pumps, seal flush systems on skids, and clean work areas.
  • Perform all work safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an industrial tube-bender/instrument fitter.
  • 2-3 years of experience in testing, inspecting, and installing high- or low-pressure tubing, fittings, fixtures, and parts.
  • 2-3 years of experience installing motors, pumps, seal flush systems on skids.
  • Safety-first mindset and culture.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Working Conditions:

  • Shop environment with exposure to weather, noise, debris, dirt, and heavy lifting.
  • Must have own tools and steel toe boots.
  • Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with some overtime and weekends required.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
