Key Responsibilities

  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulations, and that all facilities are in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external contractors to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Two or more years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess knowledge of building maintenance and repair, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. Ability to lead and supervise a team, communicate effectively, and work independently.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possess a valid Oklahoma driver's license and a 3rd Class Engineer's License.

The Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to physical demands, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to changing environments and work effectively in a team setting.
