**Responsibilities:**
* Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide nursing care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration
* Perform and document patient rounds, including medical and psychiatric care
* Report changes in patient conditions to the Registered Nurse
* Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing
* Assist other non-custody staff in providing patient care
* Prepare documentation for patient transfers to other institutions or special appointments
* Complete required documentation of patient care
* Clean, maintain, and check equipment
* Perform other duties as assigned by Management
**Requirements:**
* CNA Certificate or CNA State License
* BLS certification
**Work Environment:**
* Skilled nursing facility setting
* Days, evenings, and nights shifts available
* Competitive hourly rate of $19.5
