Multilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Partner with hiring managers to gain insight into their recruitment needs and assist in crafting job descriptions.
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.
• Perform initial screenings of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment.
• Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Oversee the hiring process from the offer stage to onboarding, including salary and benefits negotiations.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP standards.
• Maintain precise and current candidate and job requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Greenhouse or Workable.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
