Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and assist with job description creation
- Source active and passive candidates through various channels, such as job boards and referrals
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and culture fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Facilitate the hiring process from offer letter to onboarding, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Greenhouse or Workable
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
