Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and assist with job description creation
  • Source active and passive candidates through various channels, such as job boards and referrals
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and culture fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Facilitate the hiring process from offer letter to onboarding, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Greenhouse or Workable
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
