About the Role

The Nurse Leader in Mental Health position at HCA Capital Division offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role in our psychiatric department. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient admissions and discharges to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in psychiatric nursing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
