Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at SelecSource. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move materials and products within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload inbound deliveries, including palletized and collapsible totes, and load empty dunnage and racks
  • Load outbound trailers according to order details
  • Stack trash cases and boxes and load onto trash trailers
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in warehousing or manufacturing
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
  • Efficiency, accuracy, and speed
  • Outstanding attendance and punctuality
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Steel toe shoes required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 20-25 pounds at a time
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift
  • Must wear steel toe boots, work pants, safety glasses, and gloves
