  • Position Overview: The Zoning Analyst I plays a vital role within our Zoning department. This position involves collaborating with municipal employees nationwide to verify zoning classifications, jurisdictions, and compliance.   • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct various types of zoning reports, including standard and renewal reports, as well as document retrieval.
    • Extract and analyze zoning codes from public databases.
    • Communicate with municipal zoning departments via phone and email to confirm property statuses.
    • Review municipal documentation for accuracy and completeness regarding the property in question.
    • Prepare and submit five Zoning Compliance Reports weekly by assessing property conformity.
    • Maintain records and respond to client inquiries within our proprietary system.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
