Job Description
In this key position, you will perform nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluations of the plan of care for each resident. You will also provide personalized nutrition counseling, participate in IDCP care conferences, and train and audit dietitians. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate must be a Registered Dietitian with experience in LTC and EMR systems.
