Nutrition Care Coordinator Opportunity at Amergis

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to coordinate all phases of nutrition care in various settings, including hospitals and outpatient facilities.

**Job Summary:**
Assist patients with nutrition assessment, planning, monitoring, education, and counseling. Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and performance improvement plans.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and create personalized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or comparable field
  • 1 year of experience in acute care or comparable environment
  • Current BLS certification

**Compensation and Benefits:

Our competitive salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a stimulating work environment, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, and awards recognition program.
