We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapy Nurse PRN to join our team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. As a Radiation Therapy Nurse PRN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Radiation Oncology department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act.
- Identify nursing problems and develop individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, including education on potential side effects and management of care.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the multidisciplinary team.
- Critical care experience preferred.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or BMT Certified Nurse preferred.
