Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN to join our healthcare team at Virtua Voorhees Hospital. This role involves providing exceptional patient care in various settings while adapting to the dynamic needs of our facilities.

Certification Requirements
  • Current certifications from AHA or ARC for ACLS, BLS, and NRP.
  • PALS certification is mandatory for ER, PEDS ER, PEDS, PICU, and IR departments.
  • CRT is permissible for RRT roles.
  • Compliance with HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement is essential.
  • Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are required for ER and Pediatric ER RNs.
  • Verification of State License 1 is necessary.
  • NURSYS Verification for RN, LPN/LVN, and AP is required.
  • Flexibility to float to the HROB unit as needed, which includes 16 rooms for early inductions, antepartum care, and continuous monitoring patients.
Job Details
  • Shifts: 7 PM to 7 AM.
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks.
  • Weekend and holiday shifts are required on an alternating basis.
  • Requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application; late submissions will not be accepted.
  • Block scheduling is not permitted.
  • Travelers may be required to float within five hospitals based on skillset.
  • A minimum of three years of nursing experience is required.
  • First-time travelers are welcome.
  • Experience with the EPIC charting system is preferred.
  • Scrubs will be provided by the hospital.

  • An active NJ nursing license is required.
  • First-time travelers are accepted.

  • Candidates cannot commence work if their certification is expiring within 30 days of the contract start date.
  • All accounting and health document requirements must be fulfilled.
