Our extensive network includes nearly 200 women's health centers across multiple states, providing a comprehensive range of services including OB/GYN care, breast health, high-risk pregnancy management, and fertility treatments.
We are currently seeking a full-time Triage & Support Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless coordination of patient care and actively participating in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to nursing services, primarily through telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' healthcare needs by utilizing established triage protocols and guidelines based on their symptoms and signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to determine the most appropriate clinical actions and recommendations for patient care.
- Document patient symptoms, nursing assessments, advice given, and responses accurately, adhering to established policies and procedures to enhance departmental effectiveness and improve patient outcomes.
- Current RN license in New Jersey.
- CPR certification required.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse in a medical environment, with a preference for OB/GYN experience.
- Familiarity with CPT codes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of specific laboratory order sets is beneficial.
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (EMR) is a plus.
