Your Role
The Nurse Manager will utilize critical thinking and leadership skills to oversee the planning and delivery of nursing care in accordance with established standards and policies. Responsibilities include:
- Planning and directing nursing care for pediatric patients.
- Ensuring compliance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulations.
- Demonstrating scientific judgment in patient care.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- A minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience in pediatrics or related fields.
- Current certifications in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or the ability to obtain them within 30 days of employment.
