Position Overview

Our Security and Safety division is committed to delivering exceptional leadership, services, and solutions to protect individuals and the environment, secure and safeguard company information and assets, and enhance operational efficiency.

Work Environment

This role is designated for on-site engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain records and data concerning end-user issues within the tracking system, adhering to established policies and standards.
  • Review, develop, and implement security strategies for both existing and new computer assets.
  • Coordinate and conduct information security inspections, assessments, and reviews.
  • Support the execution and advancement of the organization's IT security framework.
  • Ensure compliance with Aerospace and Government security policies, standards, and procedures, translating complex requirements into necessary technical and security solutions.
  • Conduct evaluations and analyses of software/hardware intended for secured IT assets.
  • Perform auditing reviews, analyses, and maintain procedures for secure IT assets.
  • Communicate regularly with Aerospace and Government clients to track the status of requests and facilitate their completion.
  • Provide briefings to employees on information systems, ensuring users possess the appropriate security clearance and access to information.
  • Investigate and report information security incidents, ensuring proper protective or corrective measures are implemented.
Qualifications for Success

Minimum Requirements for Level III:

  • High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience, or Associate's Degree with 1+ years of experience.
  • In-depth understanding of computer operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of network infrastructure principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Security+ certification or other IAM level I DOD 8570 certification.
  • Provide on-site support for all security actions in accordance with corporate and governmental policies and directives.
  • Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to maintain access at the Special Access Program level.

Minimum Requirements for Level IV:

  • DoD 8570/8140 IAM level II certification.
  • Experience with the RMF process, NIST 800-53, DAAPM, NISPOM, JSIG, or related IA doctrine.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of network infrastructure principles.
  • Provide on-site support for all security actions in accordance with corporate and governmental policies and directives.
  • Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to maintain access at the Special Access Program level.
Preferred Qualifications

It would be advantageous if you possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful navigation of systems through the complete RMF process.
  • Previous experience with Special Access Programs (SAP).
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Experience in incident response through investigation and reporting of classified messaging incidents.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
