  • Answer patient calls and determine the best course of action to assist them
  • Obtain information from physicians, caregivers, and nurses about patient conditions and treatment plans
  • Measure and record food and liquid intake, urinary and fecal output, and report changes to medical staff
  • Record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate
  • Examine patients for issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in the urine
  • Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements
  • Document observations of patient behavior and physical symptoms
Requirements:
  • State Certified Nursing Assistant certification
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
