About the Role

Mobot is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our mobile applications by executing tests, analyzing results, and reporting observations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and oversee manual tests for multiple mobile applications
  • Collaborate with internal team members to address incoming customer requests
  • Document findings from testing via written text and video captures
  • Assist the Customer Success team with investigations focused on mobile app bugs discovered during testing
  • Plan and execute automated mobile application testing with mechanical robots
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings and document processes
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented with a deep attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with strong knowledge and experience with computers and smartphones
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple customer requests
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas through verbal and written mediums
  • Logical and critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly get up to speed and think on your feet
  • Proficient with modern productivity software, including Google Suite and Slack
Preferred Qualifications
  • Startup experience with a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Quality Assurance background with prior experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
