Join Our Dynamic Sales Team

As a vital contributor to our esteemed sales operations, you will leverage your technical expertise and organizational skills to drive impactful projects that contribute to our overall success.

In the role of Sales Operations Support Specialist, you will serve as a key support resource for our inside sales division, also referred to as the FPC.

Our objective is to effectively manage leads generated and provide assistance to our field sales representatives.

Your responsibilities will include being the primary contact for our CRM system, where you will compile team data, retrieve call recordings for coaching purposes, and organize performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.

You will also collaborate with our inside sales personnel and provide support related to CRM and timecard management.

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work remotely while also being available to visit the office periodically.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience, along with company performance bonuses
- Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance

- $25,000 Life Insurance coverage

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles, or a relevant undergraduate degree
- Advanced typing skills (75 wpm)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), Google Drive, Zoom, and ADP
