Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow At-Bay's core broker base, ensuring exceptional service and driving growth in Gross Written Premium (GWP).
  • Design and negotiate insurance policies, identifying opportunities for account rounding and ensuring alignment with At-Bay's guidelines.
  • Analyze risk within At-Bay's framework, ensuring proper documentation and delivering exceptional service for existing renewals and new business.
  • Collaborate with cyber analytics, product, marketing, and other teams to provide brokers with the best At-Bay has to offer.
  • Work with technology and data teams to create tools that enhance the underwriting process.
Attributes and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an underwriter or account executive in cyber liability, Tech, Media E&O, Miscellaneous E&O, or specialty commercial insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of specialty commercial underwriting, insurance industry theories, and practices.
  • Technical affinity, with the ability to work with advanced analytics software.
  • Technical background, with a strong plus if you already possess knowledge of DNS, IP addresses, ports, databases, WHOIS records, and other software/computer networking concepts.
  • Excellent team player with a strong ability to make others better and a willingness to collaborate.
  • Driven individual who takes pride in delivering results and ensuring attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment.
  • Clear and concise communication style.

Our estimated base pay range for this role is $85,000-$140,000 per year. Base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including market data, location, internal equitability, domain knowledge, experiences, and skills.
