Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the production process, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of hourly employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Employee Development: Provide training and development opportunities to help employees grow and develop in their roles.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
