Job Summary

At TAG Auto Group, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Collision Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for automotive collision repairs or replacements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide estimates for repair or replacement costs
  • Inspect and assess vehicles for damage, documenting findings and providing estimates for repair or replacement costs
  • Work closely with customers and insurance companies to determine the most appropriate solution for the repair needs of each vehicle
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with other departments and suppliers to ensure estimates are accurate and meet customer requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year collision estimating experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process and procedures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Great organizational and effective time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Experience with CCC One
  • Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50lbs
