Position: Lead – Test Automation

Experience Required: 10-12 Years

Location: USA – Milwaukee

Core Technical Skills:

  • JavaScript, Playwright, Mobile Automation, POSTMAN, Saucelabs, Java & Selenium

Additional Technical Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in Mainframe automation is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate tools such as JIRA, Perfecto, and SAUCE Lab into the existing automation framework.
  • Define comprehensive end-to-end automation workflows for application services from initiation to delivery.
  • Develop and implement an E2E Automation Strategy.
  • Identify types of automation testing needed across various business layers and recommend suitable tools.
  • Establish targets for the Automation Roadmap.
  • Set team skills, frameworks, tools, and coverage.
  • Indicate CI/CD pipeline requirements.
  • Define year-over-year productivity improvements.
  • Propose strategies to reduce execution time.
  • Enhance test estimation efforts.
  • Advocate for best practices in automation.
  • Provide solution approaches for identified challenges.

Essential Soft Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this onsite role.
  • Knowledge of the Insurance domain is beneficial.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with client stakeholders.
  • Experience in requirement review and work effort estimation.
