As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our business by coordinating product displays, packing out orders, and communicating with customers and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate product displays to assist sales representatives in meeting volume sales and distribution goals.
  • Pack out orders in retail accounts such as supermarkets, drug stores, and other venues.
  • Communicate customer issues and concerns to sales representatives, sales supervisors, and other members of the sales team as needed.
  • Ensure products on shelves and in coolers are properly rotated to avoid expiration.
  • Regularly rotate through accounts to improve customer satisfaction, ensuring products are arranged to the best advantage.
  • Create relationships with appropriate store personnel and supplier teams to maintain and improve customer service.
  • Support the sales representative in executing brand development programs and placement of promotional materials.
  • Execute cooler resets and rearrangement of products as requested.

Requirements:

  • Degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License/Car.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Capacity to bend and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
  • Some experience in retail, customer service, and merchandising.
  • Some skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
