About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Talbots. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, offering fashion advice and styling expertise to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and needs to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales and service goals, participating in learning opportunities and accepting direction, coaching, and feedback.
  • Maximize individual performance by participating in operational assignments, such as filling orders, replenishment, and recovery.
