Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Health. As a Detox LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in our detox setting.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and overall condition
  • Take patient histories and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide personal care and support to patients
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in Ohio or eligibility to receive or renew
  • Minimum one year of experience in a detox healthcare setting
  • Trained in non-violent physical crisis intervention (BLS) and CPR
