Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Detox LPN to join our team at Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with addiction.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients' basic health, including vital signs and overall condition
  • Take patient histories and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide personal care and support to patients
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse (RN) to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing
  • Current license to practice nursing in Ohio (LPN/LVN) or eligible to receive or renew
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a detox healthcare setting
  • Trained in non-violent physical crisis intervention (BLS) and CPR
