Job Title: Field Services Account Manager

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled Field Services Account Manager to join our Environmental Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and deepening relationships with high-value customers in your assigned territory to drive profitable Field Services revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities at existing customers and new prospects to drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand share of wallet, identify new opportunities, and negotiate contracts.
  • Account Management: Manage and control sales expenses, track activities and opportunities, and maintain daily awareness of sales activities and results.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in sales development and management, with a proven track record of multi-million-dollar annual quota attainment.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, ability to influence and cultivate strong internal relationships, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proficient background in resolving customer issues within RCRA, DOT, CERCLA, Environmental Remediation, Emergency Response, and Industrial High-Pressure Cleaning applications.
