Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at CIBC. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking clients by developing new business opportunities and ensuring their day-to-day banking needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract and retain client relationships
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking clients
  • Provide financial and strategic solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal partners to connect clients with opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and commercial banking
  • Demonstrated success in attracting and retaining client relationships
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory expectations and industry best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
