Position Overview
Under the guidance of the Manager, the Project Finance Analyst plays a crucial role in managing the financial and grant processes for various projects. This position serves as the primary liaison between production teams and business units, ensuring effective management of pre-award and post-award activities related to restricted funding from various sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a collaborative partner with production and business units to facilitate the management of restricted funding, addressing inquiries and ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Evaluate grant terms and conditions, identifying potential impacts on project scope, timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Support the proposal submission process by establishing deadlines, reviewing budgets, and coordinating necessary documentation.
  • Oversee post-award activities, including maintaining award records, monitoring financial progress, and coordinating amendments with relevant units.
  • Independently respond to inquiries regarding funding and grants management, utilizing expertise to provide accurate information.
  • Drive departmental initiatives and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist with audit preparations as required for financial statements and compliance reviews.
Required Skills

  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
